Job Title : IT Support Agent

Contract Duration: One Year Extendable

Role / Responsibility

• Log in the tickets received from the AIVS end-users .
• Assign ticket priority, urgency, Category, and other details that are mentioned in the signed agreement clauses
• Be aware of SLAs, as per the agreement
• Address AIVS users' tickets regarding software, and networking.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoot issues, including account setup and software configuration, etc.
• Must be aware of the functionality of the AIVS system and its workflow.
• Be able to conduct root cause analysis of the reported issue through asking customers targeted questions
• Report issues in the support ticket tool by adding adequate description
• Immediate closure of the ticket after resolution
• Must understand the full support workflow
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to AIVS end-users
• Schedule sessions with AIVS end-users in case further information is needed to resolve the issue
• Prepare and submit the reports, as per agreement
• Prepare reports as requested by management
• Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of the support process, performance and address any challenges faced, as per management request
• Keep a record (up-to-date) on the focal points , Create, Project companies and any other user using the system
• Follow up with AIVS users to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Escalating unresolved issues or complex problems to higher-level support tiers (e.g., L2 or L3 support) when necessary
• Guide end-user, when requested, to follow AIVS Process, explain a functionality/requirements.

Senior Project Manager

Overview

As Lead Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of 44.01’s mineralization hubs in Oman, the UAE, and future global locations. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, project management, stakeholder engagement, and innovative problem-solving to deliver safe, scalable, and sustainable CO₂ sequestration solutions. 44.01’s mineralization sites will be designed to sequester thousands of tons of CO₂ annually, integrating Direct Air Capture (DAC), industrial captured CO2, CO₂ transport, processing, and permanent sequestration technologies.

This role will require working cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, and commercial teams, as well as external partners such as DAC technology providers, Point Source Capture (PSC) Technology Providers, emitters, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) firms, and governmental agencies if needed.

• Develop and execute project work plans, engineering packages, and bid proposals for on-surface and sub-surface infrastructure related to CO₂ mineralization.
• Oversee end-to-end project development from feasibility studies to detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop risk management strategies and proactively address project challenges, bottlenecks, and stakeholder concerns.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, and contractors throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate technical evaluations, and system integration efforts for DAC, PSC CO₂ Biogenic CO₂, processing, and sequestration technologies.
• Manage the scope and delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), and ensure projects comply with regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Lead stage-gate project reviews, ensuring key milestones and approvals are met.
• Monitor procurement, supply chain logistics, and contractor performance to ensure timely project delivery.
• Actively engage with technology partners, suppliers, DAC providers, OEMs, EPC firms, and regulators to ensure successful project execution.

1. Plan, organize, and execute Engineering PM and CM for PCD-IT equipment.
2. Respond to PCD P1 and P2 call-outs after working hours if needed to check issues related to PCD Security and advise the remediation plan in accordance with OmanLNG procedures.
3. Update PCD documents required due to routine activities or projects, such as PCD inventory, manual backup logs, restoration logs, user auditing logs, and routine checklists.
4. Support in preparing PCD design specifications and drawings for projects related to PCD cybersecurity.
5. Track Planned Maintenance (PM) execution and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
6. Support in raising awareness of PCD Cybersecurity within the OmanLNG PCD Community.
7. Ensure all work complies with HSE policies and procedures.
8. Develop specific work instructions and inspection & testing schedules to ensure section compliance, contributing to the Projects department's quality assurance system.
9. Prepare and submit progress reports, cost tracking reports, and issue monthly financial and physical reports per project.
10. Introduce systems and tools to improve complex availability continuously and where possible, in a step change manner.
11. Follow up regularly on the status of all assigned projects and advise on mitigation plans.

Education: Graduate with a BSc in engineering science (Instrument, Electronics).

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the oil and gas industry (minimum 2 years for Sr. Project Engineer).

Specific Skills:

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) at IELTS level 4.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve problems within the discipline.
• Experience in project scope definition, cost & benefit analysis, project execution & implementation planning, commissioning, and post-implementation review.
