Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Client Acquisition Executive to join our Oman team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing business relationships, and driving company growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.
- Develop business proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably in the recruitment or service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle client relationships professionally.
Additional Requirements
- GCC Driving License is preferred.
