ROLE SUMMARY:
Knowledge Gate International School (KGIS) is seeking to appoint a Reprographics Assistant and MIS Administrator to start in January 2026.

The candidate should have relevant experience in operating and maintaining a reprographic equipment and assisting staff and students with their specialised printing needs and providing technical support for reprographic equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role comprises (but not limited to):
Photocopy worksheets as required
- Photocopy assessment papers and deliver to classes for assessments
- Laminate materials as required.
- Digitise resources to upload to shared drives
- Print out and bind workbooks for Arabic, Islam and Citizenship, as per the Ministry of Education requirement
- Collate and photocopy reply slips and payments for all trips
- Produce paper copies of cycle tests if needed in emergencies
- Organise orderly and secure storage of supplies
- Create and display signs/directions for the regular welcome talks/parent events/school productions
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- At least a secondary school graduate
- Understanding of printing processes, equipment maintenance, and stock control is essential.
- Good communication skills are necessary to effectively assist users and collaborate with colleagues.
- Ability to operate and maintain reprographic equipment to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ability to manage and control stock of supplies and materials used in the reprographics department.

Qualification - Diploma / ITI, experience in pump and motor repair
Experience -
4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in pump and motor repair.
Experience in workshops, refineries, water treatment plants, or industrial facilities preferred.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair centrifugal, submersible, reciprocating, gear, and diaphragm pumps etc.
Carry out dismantling, overhauling, and assembly of pumps and motors.
Diagnose and repair AC/DC motors, including rewinding, bearing replacement, and balancing.
Perform shaft alignment (using dial indicators or laser alignment tools) between pumps and motors.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
Identify root causes of mechanical/electrical failures.
Perform seal replacement, impeller balancing, lubrication, and coupling servicing.
Ensure safe handling of lifting equipment, tools, and electrical test instruments.
Maintain service records, test reports, and repair documentation.
Strong knowledge of pump types, construction, and operating principles.
Hands-on experience with motor rewinding, testing, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in using measuring & test tools (micrometers, vernier calipers, multimeters, megger, etc.).
Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Having GCC driving license is an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of ERP systems and any other related software
- Professional working proficiency (written and oral) of English language and Arabic added advantage.
What it is nice to have:
- Previous experience in large EPC Construction projects (Marine or Civil Infrastructure) including significant Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works.
- Previous experience in Middle East and proven knowledge of the Oman supplier market Preferred.
