Senior Sales Executive will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's base with potential customers in the real estate field.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to prospective buyers about available properties, features, financing options, and pricing.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with prospective buyers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, analyzing sales performance, trends, and forecasts.

The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, a proven track record in real estate sales, and the ability to build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious growth targets
• Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Oversee pre-sales, launches, and market expansion
Requirements:
• 8+ years in real estate sales, with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of the Oman real estate market (GCC experience preferred)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
