This is a full-time, on-site role as a CertificationManager located in Muscat. The Certification Manager will lead allactivities related to product and factory certification, ensuring compliancewith international standards such as IEC 61400 , ISO 9001 ,and relevant regional grid and safety regulations. This role involves closecollaboration with global certification bodies (e.g., DNV, TÜV, UL), technicalteams, and OEM licensors to manage type certification, component certification,and factory audits. The Certification Manager will also oversee documentationcontrol, non-conformance closure, and ensure traceability of materials andprocesses in accordance with certification requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Provenexperience (5+ years) in managing certification processes for windturbines or similar industrial products
- In-depthknowledge of IEC 61400 series (including IEC 61400-1,61400-22, and 61400-23) and certification body requirements
- Experienceworking with certification authorities such as DNV , TÜVSÜD , UL , or similar
- Familiaritywith Quality Management Systems ( ISO 9001 , ISO 45001 , ISO14001 )
- Understandingof wind turbine components, manufacturing tolerances, materialstraceability, and testing protocols (static, fatigue, and dynamic)
- Strongproject management skills and ability to lead audits and conformityassessment processes
- Experiencein preparing and reviewing Technical Files, Design Evaluation Reports, andManufacturing Evaluation Reports
- Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to coordinate across engineering,quality, and OEM teams
- Bachelor'sor Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or IndustrialEngineering
- Fluencyin English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus
- Experiencewith type certification transfers, technology licensing, orre-certification of locally manufactured components is an advantage

KeyResponsibilities:
- Project Development Support:
- Assist in site selection for wind and solarprojects by analyzing land suitability, resource potential (wind/solar data),grid connectivity, and environmental constraints.
- Conduct preliminary feasibility studies,including land use assessments, topography reviews, and regulatory zoningchecks.
- Support the preparation of project budgets,timelines, and risk assessments.
- Permitting & RegulatoryCompliance:
- Help coordinate permitting processes withlocal, state, and federal agencies (e.g., environmental impact assessments,land-use permits).

Requirements
Education:

Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in renewable energy,project development, or a related field (internships included).
- Familiarity with wind/solar project lifecyclestages (development, permitting, construction, operations).
Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS,Google Earth Pro), PVsyst (for solar) and/or wind modeling software (e.g.,WindPro, WAsP) preferably.
- Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis andmodeling.
- Python (Pandas, NumPy) or MatLab preferably.

The Planning Engineer will support the successful delivery of renewable energy projects (e.g., wind, solar, hybrid, and storage systems) by developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking systems. This role ensures that project activities are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, monitor, and update detailed projectschedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project) for all phases of renewable energy projects: development, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Prepare and manage project work breakdown structures(WBS), activity coding structures, and critical path analyses.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate inputs into the master schedule.
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and identify schedule slippage, resource constraints, andrecovery plans.
- Support project cost control, including forecasting,earned value analysis, and variance analysis.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and performance KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of RfP, tenderand contract schedules and review contractor schedulesfor accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in coordination meetings with team, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
- Monitor compliance with projectmilestones, grid connection deadlines, and permitting timelines.
- Support claims and change order evaluations from a planning and delay analysis perspective.

Education G Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of planning experience in large infrastructure or renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid, or storage).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is essential.
- Experience working with EPC contractors, consultants, and utility stakeholders is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with renewable energy permitting, interconnection, and regulatory timelines.
