As part of the Production Department, responsible for operating the PP Filler plant and adhering to all Standards, Policies & Procedures set by the organization.

• Ensure correct machine settings are applied after receiving the program from the Supervisor.
• Verify the checklist before each startup and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Identify different raw materials from labels/tags and charge raw materials to the silo.
• Check the quality of the filler.
• Ensure the exact mixture of raw materials for the filler.
• Handle twisting and packaging of the final material.
• Ensure the final material reaches the store and is placed in the correct location.
• Coordinate labor handling of the twisting machine.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and the workspace.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Operational knowledge of extruders is essential.
• Experience with BUSS/MTI/W&P machines preferred, especially high-speed PVC pipe extruders.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Computer literacy required.
