Summary

The incumbent will manage a portfolio of corporate customers to meet financial targets, developing and maintaining profitable banking relationships within their geographic or industry segment. This includes offering credit, deposit services, and international or specialized banking services.

Experience

  • Prepare credit proposals for new customers, addressing all risk factors.
  • Review existing portfolios before expiry, considering industry and market developments.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to promote ongoing business and reliance on QNB.
  • Manage account utilization and restrict excess facilities.
  • Identify and report negative signals or problematic accounts.
  • Ensure all customer documentation is current and secure the bank’s interests.
  • Resolve issues in customer relationships and coordinate with departments for timely service delivery.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or Law.
  • Minimum 10 years of credit experience in banking.
  • Proficient in English; Arabic or French may be required depending on the country.
  • Knowledge of banking applications, regulations, financial instruments, accounting, products, services, and regulatory matters.
  • Strong organizational, initiative, and relationship-building skills.
