Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets in Oman.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in Oman or the GCC region.
  • Be fully capable of building complex commercial proposals and understanding detailed bid documentation.
  • Demonstrate confidence and professionalism in interacting with high-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Possess a clear understanding of the competitive landscape in Oman and be able to position the company strategically.
  • Proven track record of generating business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Omani market, regulatory landscape, and business culture.

  • Plan, organize, maintain, and manage the operations and reliability of facilities and general infrastructure systems. Establish and monitor preventative maintenance processes and programs and facility inspection processes for on-going review of maintenance work.
  • Deal with emergency issues that arise.
  • Organize and develop the FM Team.
  • Organize and manage subcontractors.
  • Control and deliver on the financial targets set by the Group.

Ensure self-awareness on company QHSE policies & procedures and follow them.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business development in an international environment.
  • Experience in FM is mandatory.
  • A previous experience on Hard FM is appreciated.

  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Work with other staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • A thorough knowledge of the inspection services of commodities - the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company's competitors.
  • Minimum 2 Year experience in Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) Industry.

You’ll oversee the team’s performance, develop strategies to improve lead conversion, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students throughout the sales process. Working closely with the Marketing and Service teams, you will play a key role in achieving the company’s revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies to increase student enrollments.
  • Track sales KPIs and provide accurate reporting to management.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience through effective consultations and follow-ups.
  • Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure timely updates.

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum 3+ years in sales management, preferably in education, training, or service industries .
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets .
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
