Full Job Description
• Coordinating with the Client and Other Consultants and obtaining
all information necessary for the review and approval of developers
design in line with the vision of the city conceived from the city
development guidelines including local code requirements and authority
regulations.
• Review and evaluate project plans, specifications of
the developers in line with the city guidelines.
• Conduct
comprehensive research and analysis of demographic data, economic
factors, environmental impact, and land use patterns to inform urban
planning decisions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and
other professionals to ensure that proposed development projects
adhere to zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental
standards.
• Assess the impact of new development projects on
transportation systems, public services, infrastructure, and
environmental resources.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with
a Masters/Bachelor s degree in equivalent or relevant Engineering
Field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in GCC.
• Minimum 10 years
experience with similar projects.
• Minimum 10 years experience
with similar position.
• Proficiency in English language (spoken
and written).
