Training & Employee Wellness Manager – Luxury Resort – Oman

Salary Package: $3300 + service charge + expat benefits

Single Relocation Package

We are looking for an experienced Training & Employment Wellness Manager to join the team.

The Role:

You will lead the resort employee wellness committee and initiatives and develop and deliver training programs that meet business needs and optimize training processes for efficiency.Plan, develop and organize training sessions and implement testing and evaluation procedures for in-house courses.Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.Continually focus on Talent Development for the resort.Creating and implementing strategies to promote healthy lifestyles and wellbeing among employees.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Is a strong leader and ability to keep the team motivated.A strong understanding of training, health, and wellbeing strategies.A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role in luxury resorts (Maldives, Seychelles, etc).UAE and remote site work experience is essential.
