The Purpose of the Role

As a Sr Sales Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth of our HPS Systems in Oman. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with various departments to ensure the success of our systems solutions. Your role will involve crafting and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise. Are you ready to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our HPS Systems business in Oman? You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'll work out of our Oman location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our HPS Systems business in Oman by driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise.

You Must Have

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles in process automation industry + 5 years experience with NOCs in Oman
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Strong technical background and experience in DCS/ESD Systems or automation related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
