Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Specialist with the Al Zaman Group of Companies located in Muscat. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating social media content, managing social media platforms, identifying and engaging with target audiences, developing and implementing social media campaigns, and analyzing and reporting on social media metrics. The Social Media Manager will also collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

Creative in Arabic and English copywriting

Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), Writing skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in developing and implementing content strategies for social media

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

Ability to analyze and report on social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Experience with photography and video editing is a plus

Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus

Weekly visits to the venues

Experience in Oman or the Middle East is a plus

Being organized

Minimum of 3 years of experience

Social Media monthly planning

Proven work experience as a Social media manager

Hands-on experience in content management

Excellent copywriting skills in English and Arabic

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

Knowledge of online marketing channels

Familiarity with photography, videography, and editing

Familiarity with Facebook Studio and the project management apps

Excellent communication skills

Analytical and multitasking skills
