Summary
- Graduate (Bachelor s Degree) or
Diploma in Human Resources with 6-8 years experience in recruitment of
Staff for Oil & Gas and Engineering Construction company.
- You
will be working at Head Office Based and will be handling and working
with a team of Recruiters to help source the best talent in the market
to meet the project requirement within schedule.
- You will play a
crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent in the Oil & Gas and
Engineering and Construction sector.
- You will report and work
closely with department heads to understand hiring and develop
strategies to meet these requirements effectively.
- Oversee End to
End Recruitment process and system and to ensure best talent is hired
as per requirement or given job description.
- Salary will match
best in industry based on experience in GCC with all facilities.
