Purpose:
Analyzing and designing training in an
organization can be a fulfilling and lucrative employment opportunity.
Senior Administrator Training positions can be diverse, allowing the
employee to design training programs, implement and deliver them and
also measure their effectiveness within the organization.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Perform functions such as researching and
developing training programs for the company
- Develop
curricula, evaluate training delivery and measure results

Recommend changes to current programs or ideas for future
ones
- Responsible to meet with business leaders to identify
business needs
- Conduct interviews with low performer and Key
performer
- Identify performance Gaps
- Analyze and
Categories root cause
- Align with Business leaders to select
intervention
- Develop implementation plan with Change
management plan if needed
- Some training analysts may be
required to supervise or direct the work of other employees in the
organization
- Analyze current and future strategies regarding
training and should be able to implement new and innovative training
strategies into the organization
Job
Requirements:
Knowledge / Technical Skills:
• Thorough
knowledge of Human Resource principles and tools
• Working
knowledge of Oracle, HRMS and other ERP systems
Educational
Degree:
Marketing Bachelor degree or relevant
field
Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant
experience
