Role & responsibilities
Position : Project Manager Civil
Our organization, one of the excellent grade companies in Oman is looking for an Project Manager for one
of our Upcoming Project. The ideal Candidate shall have professional experience in GCC for 10-15 years in
project management of Buildings added advantage for experience in Hospital Buildings.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree
preferred & PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
08 to 10 yrs. (GCC Experience Minimum 10 yrs.) Hospital building Project & Commercial &
Residential Buildings Projects.
Nationality Indian
Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and industry best
practices
Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant applications
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead
teams, build relationships, and negotiate with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a commitment to
delivering results.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, considering
budgetary constraints, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, allocating resources and establishing
milestones to monitor progress and track performance.
Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses to assess project viability and
identify potential challenges or constraints.
Lead and supervise multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors,
and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and cohesive working environment.
Delegate tasks, assign responsibilities, and provide guidance and support to team members
throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular meetings and communication sessions to ensure alignment on project objectives,
priorities, and progress updates.
