My client is an operator in Oman who is looking for a suitable Senior Portfolio Planner to join their team. This role is a residential role in Muscat that offers you a family status.

Job responsibilities include:

Lead the planning and implementation of portfolio planning activity for a designated area of businessWorks with the strategy managers to define and prioritise portfolio-planning activityEngages businesses to ensure that all necessary portfolio information is available to facilitate portfolio planning activityManages and carries out portfolio planning work in accordance with standards and processes

Candidates need to have:

A degree level with recognised real estate qualificationA minimum of 8 years of experience in Real Estate Facilities PlanningKnowledge and experience of undertaking and managing the execution of portfolio planning activity
