Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)NationalityAny NationalityMaleVacancy1 VacancyJob Description· With experience in Industrial projectsDefining/re-defining utilities corridors where required.· Establish guidelines / standards (including concept design) / requirement for construction of substations and all other services within investor’s plots and building.· Coordination with consultants hired by Client and review of submittals by Client’s consultant / contractors.· Assist Client team in review of all the submission by the investor(s) or/and its consultant(s)and verification of the completeness and correctness of the submission as per Guidelines, Regulations / Legislation within specified time.· Review of MEP drawings, calculation, demand calculation, supply requirement and its tapping with the existing infrastructure for the project as submitted by the investor(s) or/and itsconsultant(s) as per the applicable guidelines, regulation, specification and legislation and issuance of rectification comments to the investor’s consultant and re-review and approval within specified time.· Review of the existing utilities infrastructure to verify the sufficient availability of the service utilities including electricity, water, telecom etc services for the project use.· In-case, if specific guidelines / regulations are not available or are not effective / sufficient, scope includes formation of the basic guidelines and standards on the basis of best market practices and applicable guidelines / standards within the region.· Consultant Engineer staff shall visit the sites whenever required to assist Client.· Scope also include support from Engineering Consultancy Company’s head office for any solution, advise, guidance, etc to carry out the works as describes herein.· Coordinate with other related Client’s departments during the works.· Preparing tenders documents for master planning and related projects as required by Client.
