Job Description

-Summary of the Job Role:

Being the main person responsible in the organization to ensure timely MIS generation, managing the tasks within the Central Finance team to deliver timely closing, analyzing of MIS reports for decision making of the management, working closely with the multiple clusters and the embedded finance teams therein, producing forecasts, coordinating the group budgeting exercise and ensure implementation of maximum digitization within the function.

Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data management needs and provide guidance and support as needed

- Monitor and analyze the performance of the MIS to identify areas for improvement, implement upgrades, and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime

- Train and support end-users in utilizing the MIS effectively, providing guidance on data entry, extraction, and interpretation

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MIS technology to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization

- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to manage system integrations and data interfaces with other business applications

- Prepare and present reports and analyses derived from MIS data to support strategic decision-making processes

- End to end management & coordination with cluster finance and operations management to secure timely budget preparation and roll outs for shareholder discussions & approvals, prepare presentation for common departments, timely updates for of forecasts etc

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience :

- Commerce graduate with CA/ ACCA

- Post Graduate in Management accounting with at least 7 years of experience in a well-diversified business

Skills/Knowledge:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Experience with data analysis tools and software - Microsoft Excel, Power BI

- Proficiency in operating ERP systems as a MIS user for generating reports

- Exposure to trading & or automotive businesses environments

- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills

- Excellent team player and motivator

- Experience in training and handling staff.
