Full Job Description

Qualifications:
BS degree in Education, Training or degree in HR or a related field in O&G degree.

Experience:
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a role as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or a similar position within the Oil & Gas industry. Experience in coordinating multiple training events is required.

Special Skills:
Extensive knowledge of instructional design and various teaching methods.
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools. Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate). Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques include e-learning platforms.
