Purpose of the Role:

Support HR Operations by planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems to maintain a safe and secure work environment. Ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, comply with government regulations, and meet the organization's needs.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Perform all personnel tasks for Bel Egypt population related to employment, governmental health, and military certificates.
  2. Manage personal files for all plant employees and maintain accurate records of each employee's history in the company to ensure compliance with social insurance, labor law, military service authority, and health authorities.
  3. Communicate with authorities regarding necessary forms for social insurance organization (Form 1, Form 2, and Form 6 insurance).
  4. Collaborate with the labor office to ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law.
  5. Prepare payroll data such as attendance, overtime, absence, and other relevant information for monthly submission to the payroll section.
  6. Support monthly payroll and prepare reports related to salaries. Assist in bonus, profit share, sales commission, and incentive calculations.
  7. Ensure adherence to procedures concerning company assets, security, site inspections, and people safety. Provide acceptable service levels, including hospitality and cleaning of factory areas, adherence to safety and hygiene rules, and equitable treatment across company departments and locations.
  8. Support in managing company employees' benefits (transportation, medical, summer resorts, Ramadan bags, Omra, Haj, etc.) by suggesting and developing strategies for smooth benefit operations. Evaluate benefits effectiveness through checklists and satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications and Experience:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource activities.
