1. Head – Oil & GasGraduate Mechanical Engineer with around 22 years of experience in the management and implementation of Oil & Gas projects, of which atleast 5 years in the GCC and five years in EPC projects. The ideal candidate should have handled similar assignments with large EPC Contracting companies and will be responsible for successful implementation of the projects within the time-frame & budget and with due compliance to Quality and HSE standards. He should be able to lead a team of Project Managers, Construction Managers and Engineers. Position will be HO-based and on family status, and monthly salary shall be in the range of RO 3000 to RO 3500 with all other benefits such as company-maintained car with free fuel, business class tickets for self and family, medical insurance for self and family, 24 working days paid leave every twelve months, productivity-cum-profitability-linked Incentive, life insurance coverage, accident insurance coverage, gratuity etc. etc. Higher salary can be considered for most ideal candidate.
