HSSE Manager Offshore

Full Job Description

Develop and implement HSSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.Conduct regular inspections and audits of offshore facilities to identify and address potential hazards and risks.Provide guidance and support to offshore personnel in implementing HSSE initiatives and promoting a culture of safety.Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.Monitor and analyze HSSE performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness for potential emergencies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSSE considerations into project planning and execution.Stay updated on relevant HSSE regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.Manage HSSE training programs to ensure personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.Prepare and submit HSSE reports to regulatory authorities and company management.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as safety management or environmental science.Professional certifications in HSSE management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSSE management in the offshore oil and gas industry.Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations and industry standards.Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with offshore personnel and stakeholders.Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Analytical mindset and attention to detail to analyze data and identify trends.Proactive and self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety.Fluency in English and any additional languages would be an advantage.Employment TypeFull Time
