Full Job Description

We are looking to hire an Account Manager (AM) as a Client Success Manager who can manage client communication, speaks fluent English, and can do client onboarding.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Being a bridge of communication between client and the backend team. Making sure the client is having an awesome experience working with Tekzop by building ROI driven relationships. Doing coaching calls with clients on bi-weekly basis to help them out in positions where they are stuck.
Qualifications
  • English level is professional or native (Without local accent).
  • Well spoken and confident.
  • Coachable and through with training.
  • Positive attitude towards feedback and quick implementation.
  • Have worked with International clients in the past.
  • Work experience of at least 5 years in the US market.
  • Can work in a remote setting (work from home) without any disturbances.
  • 2+ years consistency in job per company.
