Business Development Specialist:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team The primary focus of this role is to support the business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth by expanding our client base and enhancing existing relationships.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities within the IT sector.

- Utilize various channels such as online databases, social media, and industry events to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects.

- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations and develop strategies to engage them effectively.

- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and fit with our offerings, and prioritize opportunities for further engagement.

- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral to showcase our capabilities and value proposition to potential clients.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to customize materials and messaging according to client requirements and market dynamics.

- nurturing relationships with existing clients and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams based on client feedback and market intelligence, contributing to product development and strategy.

-Create and deliver high-quality marketing collateral, including digital assets, print materials, annual report and multimedia content.

-Create engaging content for digital channels including blog posts, social media posts and videos.

-Collaborate with team members to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various workstreams.

-Assist the Head of Corporate Support in creating clear, concise, and compelling organizational and program messages.

-Ensure the consistent use of messaging frameworks across all communication channels.

-Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management team

Skills and requirements:

Proven experience in managing social media content and accounts.

Solid experience with marketing and social media and analytical tools.

Working knowledge of MS Office and all the designing tools.

Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and present to key stakeholders internally and externally.

Meticulous project management skills, dealing with multiple work streams simultaneously and familiarity with online project management systems.

Good understanding of other marketing channels, especially digital.

Strong communicator, both in writing and presenting

Work Experience / Knowledge:

Minimum 3 years of experience in business or marketing or any relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO200.000 - RO300.000 per month
