Job Purpose:
The HSSE specialist is accountable for the implementation and execution of branch-level compliance, risk analysis, continuous improvement projects, and managing incident investigations and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Regularly inspect branches to identify unsafe conditions and ensure compliance with safe working procedures and standards by reporting any non-compliance incidents.

- Coordinate with government representatives (MECA) regarding measurements of harmful agents at the workplace, ergonomic assessments in offices, examinations, and audits of health.
- Investigate and evaluate the appropriateness of all safety equipment.
- Respond to and assist in all emergency situations.
- Perform any other activities as required by the reporting manager.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained daily, weekly, and monthly as required by management.
Education & Qualifications Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering.
Professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems (NEBOSH or IOSH).
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in large organizations (such as Oil & Gas, Logistics, or Construction) is required for bachelor’s degree holders, while diploma holders must have at least 6 years of relevant experience.
